How is EOS different from other AI roleplay tools?

Most AI roleplay tools score how a rep sounds — tone, pacing, objection handling. EOS does that too, but it also verifies what a rep says: every factual claim is checked against your own uploaded documents, and the gaps become targeted quizzes. It's the difference between sounding ready and being right.

Does EOS record or score our real sales calls?

No. EOS is a practice-and-verify tool, not call surveillance. Your team trains and gets verified in a safe environment — before real conversations, not by monitoring them.

How realistic is the AI customer?

The AI roleplays with configurable personalities, budgets, and intent, so every session is different. Your team gets varied practice instead of a script.

Does it work for voice?

Yes. Real-time audio roleplay is supported alongside text chat, powered by OpenAI Realtime and Gemini Live.

How is evaluation scored?

What languages does it support?
