How is EOS different from other AI roleplay tools?
Most AI roleplay tools score how a rep sounds — tone, pacing, objection handling. EOS does that too, but it also verifies what a rep says: every factual claim is checked against your own uploaded documents, and the gaps become targeted quizzes. It's the difference between sounding ready and being right.
Does EOS score our real sales calls?
It can score them — it doesn't record them. Upload a recording of a real call and EOS scores it just like a practice session: soft skills, plus every claim checked against your own documents. What it won't do is monitor or capture live calls on its own — you point it at a recording, so it stays a practice-and-verify tool, not always-on surveillance.
How realistic is the AI customer?
The AI roleplays with configurable personalities, budgets, and intent, so every session is different. Your team gets varied practice instead of a script.
Does it work for voice?
Yes. Real-time audio roleplay is supported alongside text chat, powered by OpenAI Realtime and Gemini Live.
How is evaluation scored?
LLM judges score each session against criteria you define — communication, empathy, product knowledge. Product-knowledge checks verify claims against your actual reference material, not a generic knowledge base.
What languages does it support?
The product currently supports English and Japanese. Additional languages are on the roadmap.
What about our data?
Each organization is fully isolated. Your content is used only to run your team's training — we don't train models on your data.
Can we run EOS without sending data to third-party AI?
Yes — for teams whose proprietary or customer data can't be sent to external LLM vendors, we're developing on-device AI that runs models on your own hardware, so data never leaves your environment. It's in preview today; talk to us about early access.
